Very concise closing, yet thorough when needed. Everyone was considerate of our individual needs and addressed us with kindness.

We had a very smooth experience with BSS. They were always available for questions and helped us submit our earnest deposit without any issues in the small window available to make the deposit. During the closure, they walked us through all documentation in detail, and made sure everything was in order. It was a 10/10 experience.

Brokers is OK. Definitely a ‘no frills’ type of place. Got everything we needed out of them and the customer service and communication was great.

Broker's Settlement Services was sunshine and rainbows when we spoke on the telephone, but things went downhill fast. Marian Harrington, the person who handled our title search, sent me a cryptic e-mail asking if I wanted her to send the "title work" to me and Kelly or just to me. I didn't know who Kelly was at the time, and sent a reply asking who Kelly was and what Marian meant by "title work." I received no response, so I asked the same two questions a second time in another e-mail. Again, Marian made no response. When Broker's Settlement Services asked for a rating, I wrote that their customer service is lousy and I didn't know what we were paying them for. The response was that Broker's Settlement Services does not charge homebuyers for their services, and that "I spoke to Marian." Somebody who is charging me for their services has Broker's Settlement Services fee built into my cost, so I'm paying BSS's fee even if they don't bill me directly. Frankly, dealing with this company has put me off the entire home-buying experience.

Poor communication before closing. The gentleman who conducted the closing was rude and acted as if we were interrupting his day

No issues and the closing was simple and stress-free. Would highly recommend and would use again!
