I had to drive to Olympia to sign my closing documents, although I was purchasing in Pierce County. I should have asked to a mobile signing. Nonetheless, Thurston County Title was very responsive to questions I had and were very flexible when my schedule required me to change my signing time. Personally, I would have picked a more local Title company for the property, but that's not on Thurston County Title. The signing was very easy and everyone at the Title Company were absolutely lovely.
