Omg omg where do I begin. We were living on a boat and didn’t have access to any fax or scanners. We found Renee. From the minute we walked in we were greeted with positive energy. We did not have an appointment and Renee took us right in to her fun office and worked with us for over an hour to get our money transferred for our closing. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and we are forever grateful. She explained everything to us in detail and answered all our questions. Her love of her job radiates and she commented on having a wonderful boss to work for. We are so thankful we found this company and found Renee to be our forever friend. They were very accommodating especially with the trouble that we had with our loan processor.

My wife and I were very anxious during the closing. But they were very accomodating and warm which help us relax. They were able to explain the paperwork well and even give us notes since my wife and I are first time home buyers.

Brennan Title was efficient even during a pandemic. Recommendations and packets were very helpful to use in the new location. Still working with us to establish effective communications with builder in regards their past due accounts.
