Brennan Title was simply "meh". Upon entering the titling process, Brennan forwarded me a packet with several documents requesting
I return them promptly. I had a few questions and sent them via email especially title insurance cost. Never received an answer - we told the title packet was out. Upon closing, Brennan never asked for those important signed document nor answered the title insurance cost. I guess they weren't that important after all. I did find it uncomfortable that my closing included the Seller and Myself in the room (Maybe this is a Maryland requirement). Brennan discussed the closing documents of credits and debits for both parties simultaneously - information I think should not have been disclosed to the other party (his with me & mine with him), e.g. my interest rate; his financials; taxes for both. The Brennan Rep even unprofessionally snickered when she realized that the Seller had to Pay at closing to sell his home. Incredibly poor taste. I recommend potential Buyers seek other options or at least set clear closing expectations.
