Fast and easy process!

They have a great system that document everything. Rayco was awesome they where able to settle at our home which was very convenient

No issues with the paperwork at closing, and they even came to us instead of us having to drive 40 minutes away.

Brennan Title was simply "meh". Upon entering the titling process, Brennan forwarded me a packet with several documents requesting I return them promptly. I had a few questions and sent them via email especially title insurance cost. Never received an answer - we told the title packet was out. Upon closing, Brennan never asked for those important signed document nor answered the title insurance cost. I guess they weren't that important after all. I did find it uncomfortable that my closing included the Seller and Myself in the room (Maybe this is a Maryland requirement). Brennan discussed the closing documents of credits and debits for both parties simultaneously - information I think should not have been disclosed to the other party (his with me & mine with him), e.g. my interest rate; his financials; taxes for both. The Brennan Rep even unprofessionally snickered when she realized that the Seller had to Pay at closing to sell his home. Incredibly poor taste. I recommend potential Buyers seek other options or at least set clear closing expectations.

We were forced to use Brennan because the relocation company (sellers) required them. The closing process was very smooth but our lender informed us that their fees were higher than the title companies he typically works with.

The person they sent for signing was very very slow. All the paper was not ready and everyone was sitting around waiting for the final documentation.

Not taking checks and only allowing wire transfers was a pain.

Brennan Title was a breeze to work with, and quick to respond by phone or email. Renee took the time to explain each of the documents at closing, and was very pleasant and thorough in her work.

All of the paperwork was ready on time, and the settlement attorney was very thorough in explaining all of the documents. We closed without any hiccups. Great experience!

Rita was great! She explained all of the forms that we were signing.

Although we didn't really deal with anyone at Brennan Title directly until our closing day (they worked with our agent and the bank), it seemed as though they were thorough and on the ball. We would recommend them to others.

Our closing was delayed by an hour due to Brennan not finishing their paperwork on-time, but aside from that we were very pleased with the professionalism of their staff and found them easy to work with during the purchasing process.
