Natalie, I could not have done this without you, and I’m so grateful for your assistance and expertise. It was a smooth process.

We live in LA, the closing/house is in MD. We did an out-of-state closing with the help of a mobile notary. But Capital Settlements forgot to add a document required by the buyer's mortgage company. We did not receive this document until 21:00 hrs the night before the closing, could not docusign it. Had to print it out and sign it. The next morning (day of closing) take to the local Library to email back to Capital Settlements. Library opens at 8:30 (LA time - 9:30 MD time), closing was scheduled for 10:00 MD time. 30 minutes is a very tight time frame. - Thankfully it worked out. But needless to say our anxiety levels were extreme high.
