Easy to work with

As a first time homebuyer, I didn't know much about title companies. I didn't know there was a big different between one over another title company. Therefore, to make my offer more attractive, I just went with the title company the seller and seller's agent wanted. I really lucked out because Covenant ended up being great! They were very communicative and kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to worry about anything. You can even check your progress throughout the closing process on a convenient app. The rep at Covenant on closing day was super friendly and signing papers was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend them!

They handled the process ok, adjusting our part of closing to our schedule. Communication could have been a little better, especially wrt buyers closing... but doing the event virtually probably caused that
