Initially, The customer service through Ms. Eck seemed to be lacking. This was our fourth home closing, and we have other properties. It felt like Double Eagle was looking for opportunities to up charge us because my spouse was not local. Virtual signings and Power of attorneys should not be opportunities to overcharge clients. Due to the charge our benefit to attain a military POA was initially received with hesitancy but finally accepted. Ultimately the closing was seamless and the gentleman who assisted with the back end was friendly and helpful.
