I would not recommend Greater Maryland Title. My only dealings with this company was at settlement. My experience was: (1) the first document presented for signature had my name misspelled, (2) the funds to allow a payout at the end of settlement were not available at the end of settlement and after two hours waiting for the funds, I gave up and went home requesting that they send me a check, which they did the next day and (3) the first time I saw the "HUD-1" was at settlement. In my opinion, this was not a good title company settlement experience.
