Notary was not very friendly

This company was non responsive. They contacted me for the title and mortgage information two days before closing despite numerous emails reaching out to them. They did not provide info nor updates about the closing date or progress towards closing. Needless to say the closing did not happen as scheduled and the communication with this company did not get better. I as the seller and the buyers deserved more. There was no consideration about our circumstances which was evident by the lack of communication from this company. This was the most unprofessional transaction that I have experienced from a real estate transaction where people's lives are placed on hold, in limbo and the person who has information doesn't seem to care. Disrespectful and disheartening.

Lead with professionalism and accuracy. Each level of the process was timely and precise. Very grateful for the ability to access a professional whenever needed. Thank you very much!
