It's hard for me to strongly recommend a title company based on our very limited interaction but I suppose a forgettable closing experience is exactly what they're going for. There were no last minute surprises, all of the paperwork we received ahead of time was accurate, typical office setting, and the staff seemed to know what they were doing. We were in and out in under an hour. I guess if anything the plate of cookies was the biggest stand out.
