My wife and I both LOVED Alex. Alex is very available, communicative, professional, knowledgeable, and fun. When it came time to make an offer for the house we ended up winning, he did a full analysis of the price and advised us on everything we needed in our offer to be competitive. It turned out his offer and escalation price predictions were right on point and we were able to win the house! I can't say enough great things about Alex.
