As a full-time resident of over nine years, with family roots in the island community over 20 years, she loves sharing her local island knowledge with clients. From her career in award-winning San Francisco’s ad agencies, Asya brings a discerning eye for design aesthetic. She has a BA degree in Industrial Design from San Francisco State University.

Asya was an absolutely wonderful person to work with as we navigated the purchase of our house. She was on top of everything with quick responses, always keeping us up to date on progress/status. She helped us research every house we looked at and was extremely accomodating to our needs. She had detailed knowledge of Orcas Island that allowed for an easy to transition in our move. I highly recommend working with Asya!

We dropped in on Asya's office after months of monitoring real estate in the county. She had time for us immediately, and was simultaneously practical and real with us about what we would find that might work for us. When we found a property to execute on, she acted quickly and clearly with great advice. She went out of her way to show me the land on a tight schedule and was generous and friendly.
