About Avery
I became a Realtor because I wanted a job where I would be able to positively impact my clients’ lives and be able to give back to the community that has given so much to me. There is no better feeling then knowing that I helped my clients achieve the best possible outcome in their transaction. The only feeling that parallels a happy client is giving back to the community that I serve. I proudly donate 10% of the money I make from each transaction to local charities. Our most valuable resource is time, which is why I take time out of my schedule every week to work with people through a local outreach program. I believe that it is only by giving that one truly receives.
Buying or selling a home is a big decision. I take the time to listen to you and go over all options to help you determine the best course of action to take. I am not a fly by night agent in this business for a quick buck. I am in this business to make a difference in the lives of the people and the communities I serve.

We bought and sold our home with Avery. In the buying process he was great, then when we sold our home it was very different. This was a first time sell for us, and expected him to notify us of changes in the contract. By the time we both caught the change, and were upset with ourselves and him not catching it, he wasn't accountable or even offer to pay half of a washer and dryer cost that the buyer wanted as part of the deal. He barely helped us with understanding the paperwork etc. From there, Avery seemed to take the side of the buyer and not seller, hung up on us, delayed communication as much as possible, and on our last day when we said goodbye to our first house, drove by to get his realtor sign out of our yard. The buyer had left her stuff on the front porch before signing her closing papers, and Avery texted my husband with a picture, asking us "What is this crap?" . We hired him only because of the first time success. We wish Avery the best but would never recommend working with him.
