We moved to this area from central Florida. We were totally unfamiliar with our new surroundings. Colleen provided a wealth of knowledge of the area and different communities. She made herself available to assist us with viewing homes as well as finding answers to our many questions. Although we had just met Colleen, she was very easy to communicate with and was very understanding to our needs.

We reached out to Colleen to try to find a house closer to our family. We were not in any rush and had specific things we wanted for the house to have. We began searching in March and had placed offers on 2 houses that we were outbid on. In August we found a home that we loved and we were quite disappointed when we got outbid to a cash offer. A couple of months later Colleen informed us that the last house we looked at was going back on the market. She worked diligently with the other agent to get our offer accepted. As soon as we were under contract with the house we wanted to buy, she placed the home we needed to sell on the market. We had 3 offers in the first day! Colleen was very accessible and knowledgeable with the home buying and selling process and helped to make it a less stressful process. We highly recommend working with her.
