David was our second assigned Agent. The first Agent did not respond after multiple attempts to contact her. In the end we were glad that she never responded. David was very responsive to our needs and wants. We negotiated on several properties and we always felt as though he had our best interest at heart. When we started the negotiation on the unit we ended up buying he employed a tatic that assured there would be no negotiation. As a result the process moved quickly and we were able to take possession in approx 2 weeks.
