I am a Denver native who briefly relocated to South Florida after graduating with my Bachelor’s degree at the University of Miami. I ultimately decided that there’s no place quite like the Mile High City and moved back. I have been licensed as a Real Estate agent since 2017 but have worked in numerous areas of the real estate field since 2012 doing everything from rental property management to investment home remodeling. As an agent, I take pride in the way I work with all of my clients and in really getting to know them on a personal level. Derrick is an experienced professional with detailed knowledge and understanding of the local real estate market. We gave Derrick our $1.4 million listing after meeting him at open house where we observed how he interacted with prospective buyers and followed up with some helpful off market information prior to being given our listing. I've been involved with numerous luxury home sales over the years but this was my first with a Redfin agent. The Redfin business model uses a very efficient team approach to assist their agents throughout the selling process that results in an effortless closing. Redfin is certainly an excellent value compared to more expensive boutique real estate firms and is highly recommended.
