I highly recommend Eddie Borgen to be your Realtor. He initially came to look at my house and knew exactly what needed to be done to improve the look and quality of the home for the sale. I worked with great contractors that Eddie recommended which saved me a lot of money in renovations, as well as a talented photographer who captured the right angles of each room with high quality images. Eddie knew exactly what the price point should be and when it was the right time to put my house on the market. As soon as the listing went live, we had 42 appointments come through total and it sold within the same weekend. Due to a bidding war, my house sold for 10k over asking price. Working with Eddie is the best decision you can make. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

As a first time home owner, Eddie was very attentive, efficient, and accommodating. He was very informative with my options and offered very useful advice. He was with my every step of the way.
