I'm a Purdue graduate with a career in sales/marketing, and I found my calling working at a real estate investment company, where I learned how to analyze comparable sales and find and negotiate good deals. I also invest in real estate with my fiancé flipping homes, so I know what to look for (and how to fix it) in houses.
