I had a fantastic, smooth first time home buying experience with Liz. I won my first offer even though there was a higher competing offer with an appraisal contingency waiver. As far as I can tell, this was due to Liz researching comps in the area, coming up with an offer strategy, and building a relationship with the listing agent. Throughout the whole process, Liz was patient with all my questions and prompt with any follow ups. While viewing places, she discussed potential issues she saw. Overall, the entire process was stress free thanks to Liz.
