During our 2 year search for a home my wife and I encountered MANY bad agents. When we met Eric (and subsequently Debra) we stopped working with other agents. They took the time to find out what we wanted and kept their focus on US. They never wasted our time, and they went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating but best of all, they knew how to do the negotiation process perfectly. We ended up with the house of our dreams which I never thought we would be able to find or afford. If there was a rating higher than 10 I would give it.
