About Eric
Eric is a lifelong Frederick Resident having been in real estate since 2002 has seen many cycles of Real Estate. His wife Susan, and 2 boys Anthony and Alex are active members within the local community.
In addition to showing homeowners how to sell their home for as much as $30,000 more than other similar homes on the market by treating their home as a “business” and by using the Seven Fundamental Strategies used by Steve Jobs to build Apple into the most profitable company in the world, Eric publishes a monthly newsletter, “Impact Maryland Monthly” – a sitcom-based newsletter with real life stories weaved into real estate. It also includes a segment called “Stories from the Street,” where they weave real-life real estate transaction stories into a learning experience for readers.
Eric hosts a podcast, “Frederick Advice Givers,” that gives local business owners and entrepreneurs a chance to share their story.
Eric has also authored 2 books, ‘Beyond the Mic – Stories from the Everyday Entrepreneur’ and ‘The Psychological Approach to Sell Real Estate’ both of which are on Amazon.
He also writes a daily email of inspiration and entertainment to their audience that is titled “Morning Musings” Eric is committed to the highest in customer satisfaction and giving each client individualized and specialized attention.
Eric is a committed and proud supporter of The Zachary Warfield Scholarship Fund an annual scholarship given to deserving high school seniors both locally and in California, raising over $60,000 since 2013 for these amazing students.
In addition, Eric is cofounder of the powerful crowdfunding charity, Impact Club®, the Frederick Chapter infuses over $25,000 each quarter into a local charity.
