I truly cannot say enough about Erma Moreno and her husband Fred from M&M Realty. They guided us every step of the way to helping us find our retirement home in Norfolk virginia. We put in offers, lost out on places, because we lived out of state in New York it was difficult for us to go view the homes, but Erma was there for us and was gracious enough to allow my son to view everything and she showed up for him every time. They truly went over limits for us and they just can't know how much it means to us that they helped us find our dream condo on the beach as our last home. It truly was a dream come true for us. Erma went beyond limits to get information that was needed and battled with HOA for us and collaborated with the other Realtors at times when she didn't have to just to be sure the information was correct. Erma stayed in touch with our financial lender and push them to be sure things were done on time and the things were done correctly. She truly looked out for us and we can never say how grateful we truly are for her. I would recommend her to anybody looking to buy a home. Erma was a huge help every step of the way. We bothered her a bunch with questions and she was always quick to respond. Every house we saw she had all the details about it. Working with her just felt right.

She was amazing she stuck with me until I found my house even we I didn’t get pick for a house I put an offers on. She was a great help working with my schedule looking for homes I’ll be interested in. When I had questions she explained everything in details so I could understand.
