In the beginning, our market wants were not clearly defined, and the type of transaction we were looking to do involved a lot of moving pieces. Our requests to Jaclyn were never unanswered and always completed. Three days of site visits and tours, a few days of Jaclyn giving us facetime tours, 100’s of emails and texts full of asks and questions. Five months later, we found the perfect fit for our needs. To our surprise, while the lengthy closing was taking place, Jaclyn’s team matched Jaclyn’s services, and we had our own portal login, which kept us up to date on all of the activities and their status.
