Jacob has been the best realtor my wife and I have ever worked with, bar none! He went above and beyond in everything that's expected of him as realtor. He met with us in person everytime we asked, answered all our questions and ones we didn't think to ask, was there for the blue tape inspection with our builder and helped point out things that needed fixing, and was always on our side for the offer negotiations with the builder.
