Our experience with Johnny was excellent! Buying a home has lots of ups and down, having an experienced and savvy agent like Johnny was critical and made that process smooth and less stressful. Johnny was able to guide us from start to finish, identifying the potential homes, the pros and cons of each property, understanding price comparison, the market, making a competitive offer and finally getting the offer accepted (and closing the property, inspections, appraisals, dealing with escrow, etc., the list goes on). Having someone who understands the nuances of each step is critical when making such a huge decision. Reflecting back we had many questions and concerns along each step. He was always available to answer each question and provide guidance in making the correct decision. Johnny is also very patient and flexible and always had ours interests in mind.
