Kara is the best! She is so friendly and honest and has the best demeanor! Right away when we met her we knew she was the agent for us. Although, the market had changed right when we put our house up for sale, she did a wonderful job for us. It took 3 months to sell(which seemed like forever!) Through it all she had great suggestions and was just really helpful with everything. They made selling our home easy, even with the changes in the mkt. She really went to bat for us and when we had to lower our price, she helped us out with that too! I would definitely recommend her for anyone selling their home.
