We. LOVE. Kate! We sold a house and bought a house all within a few months and Kate helped us every step of the way. She is does her research and is very smart in how much to ask for the home you're selling as well as how much to offer when buying one. The home we were selling came in well over asking price and we purchased our new home for a decent amount under asking price. Win, win. I'm searching out Kate when we buy our next forever home (even if we're all old and retired) as I can't imagine working with anyone else. Thanks, Kate! You are a rockstar!
