I had a wonderful experience with Kathy as my buyer’s agent! My wants were very specific since it would be my last place so knew I needed an agent with experience and knowledge about the area. She was very responsive by phone, email, and text. Kathy was professional, calm, and had great advice on the pros/cons of homes. Her negotiation skills were ingenious, and I appreciated all the insights. On top of all that she provided contacts for various services, contractors, lenders, etc. from her years in the business.
