Michael was very easy to work with. He is NOT pushy and very punctual. I strongly recommend him if you want a smooth process.

No, I felt like he did not advocate for me..I found the buyer myself and feel very screwed over..I was told that if I used Redfin to buy and sell , I would get a discount. I was not told that if there was not a redfin agent in the area I was buying and had to use a Redfin partner agent , I would not be eligible. He either knew and lied to my face or even with his 5 yr. Experience he did not know, which means he is not very good at his job. I even tried to talk to his manager about it and would not call me back like a professional. I absolutely would not recommend him to anyone, he is exactly who my suspicions told me he was. I hope he enjoys the money he got off me, I feel he earned none of it!

I could not have done it without Michael! He was so helpful, patient and understanding as we searched for the perfect home. Being a first time home buyer, my knowledge of home buying was 1. Needing a down payment and 2. Anything I’ve seen on a Selling Sunset episode. He helped educate me on each step of the way and was very encouraging throughout the entire process! I could not have asked for a better realtor and will use him again if he’s still in Charleston whenever it’s time for the next house! 💕
