About Marlana
I was born and raised in the small, wonderful town of Elkin, North Carolina. After graduating from Gardner-Webb University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, I returned to the area I love to begin a career as a social worker. As a social worker, I recognized housing as a critical need, which sparked an interest in real estate and I obtained my real estate license in 2012. As a Yadkin Valley local, I am knowledgeable and passionate about my community. As a natural servant leader, I am involved in many community organizations including the Yadkin Chamber of Commerce, the Civic Club, the Rotary Club, and also serve as a board member at the local YMCA. I have the same drive to provide my clients with an incredible experience throughout the real estate process.
