Jonnie is the best realtor I've ever have pleasure of working with on closing deals. He will work with you from start to finish and he won't leave you hanging either. I wanted to close on my last deal due to it being a 1031 Exchange, and Jonnie made sure it's in good condition and repaired a P-trap for me so it would drain appropriately. He also did photos on the repairs the previous owner did and informed me every step of the way his recommendations. As long as he is still a realtor and working, I will seek him out.

He gave his honest option about each home we went to look at and really cared that I found the right place for both my current needs and my future goals.
