About Stephanie
I grew up in Hays, Kansas and moved to the Kansas City Area in 1998. I have lived here for 22 years and love it. I have made Olathe, Kansas my home for the last 20 years. I have been a Real Estate Consultant for the last 5 years and absolutely love my job. I've always been told, find what you are meant to do and you'll never work another day in your life. I truly enjoy helping people and getting to know them. I have a very big heart and my clients are not just clients. They are an extended part of my family.
I am licensed in Kansas and Missouri, so I can help clients on both sides of the state line. With my clients being extended family. I am a very hard worker and want to make sure I find my client the perfect home. I will even door knock in neighborhoods for their preferred area to find them their next home.
Communication is always key in helping my clients get the home or offer that they are desiring. And every transaction is different and if I don't know the answer I will find it. I always ask my colleagues lots of question and keep communication going, so we can work smoothly through the transaction. I negotiate by sticking up for my clients and doing what's in their best interest, while still being very respectful to my colleages. I also make sure my clients have all the latest tools and information available for them to use.

From the day we met, Stephanie worked to understand my wants and needs as a homebuyer. There were times I truly felt I had my own personal "home shopper" in the absolute best sense! She was always SO quick to respond with any questions or requests for viewings, and worked diligently with me to find the perfect home. Even when I threw her a curveball (I went from just me buying to me and my fiancee, which required a whole new set of wants and needs) she didn't miss a beat. She's personable, attentive, positive, and I would recommend her one hundred percent!

Stephanie helped my daughter buy her first house, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Communications were clear and practically instant, even when she was on vacation. She was flexible and always available when we wanted to see a house, and really listened to what my daughter wanted and made valuable observations. We submitted a bid in a competitive situation, and with her advice, the offer was accepted. Complex plumbing issues appeared in the inspection, and she guided the whole team through resolving them. As a bonus, she’s a pleasant and lovely person. Just an overall great experience. Thank you, Stephanie!

Stephanie is a professional and supportive realtor. She is great and super helpful in all things. I strongly recommend her to anyone who wants an understanding and caring agent. My home search lasted from Feb-Apr 2021 then I took a break because my offers couldn't compete with crazy ones out there. I continued in Nov 2021 and had some luck offering on a beautiful flipped house. Stephanie was patient with me throughout the process. She never was pressuring. Her communication was on point and effective. Whenever I had a problem with any house, she would never hesitate to contact the sellers for answers. She never pressured me on anything. She was informative and supportive. I felt like Stephanie was a friend and was pointing out all that needed attention in a house. My house needed some repairs and Stephanie made a list for them to be fixed. I was so glad I got connected with her through Redfin.
