From the first showing where she was late due to traffic issues, I was rushed through my showing. Never moved her next appt to accommodate me. And I was viewing this property from another state. So the FaceTime showing was huge for me. She is not very knowledgeable on what types of material things are made of. Such as flooring, countertops, etc. Once I purchased my home (sight unseen from another state), I was hoping she would help me get my garage floor epoxied while I was traveling cross country and also to deliver a piece of flooring to a flooring place. She had my keys from closing. Her exact response was, “So I have to go to your home twice in one day to let the epoxy person in?” On the delivery of the floor tile—she delivered it to my friend who was only 4 miles away from the flooring store because she always had another appt to get to. Same with epoxy—told me she could not stay for them to show up because she had another appt. I always felt like I was on the back burner with her. She was supposed to meet me on the day I arrived from driving cross country and we made the time frame we agreed upon but once again, she put the key in a secret spot because she had another appt to get to. She made thousands and thousands of dollars from my sale and could not do a couple of things for me let alone greet me at my new home. I have heard of people getting flowers or welcome gifts from their realtors. I was lucky to get a moment of her time. She got her sale from me and she was ready to move on. Susanne Jones has zero people skills in a profession that is a highly stressful situation. Especially when you are moving cross country and buying a home without seeing it in person. I will not recommend her to anyone.
