Our buyer suddenly cancelled the 3:00PM scheduled closing a few hours beforehand (because of feeling unwell), and did not instruct her agent to reschedule the closing. As we had already signed our documents and the buyer could not complete her documents as scheduled, our documents were nullified. My husband and I were already booked on an early morning flight the day after the originally scheduled closing.
