I've worked with many agencies over the years and found Cascade to be a very good company that completed everything in a timely manner, made every appointment, and completed every legal requirement while keeping me apprised of sale status. I could have used better guidance in setting an offer price on the house we bought. The emails keep going to my wife that are supposed to go to me but that hasn't been fixed even though we asked it to be. The inspection company that was recommended by the agent Rebecca turned-out to do a poor job which is not her fault, but I will still pay for the mistake. After our offer was accepted and a contract signed, the house remained listed as available on the MLS for a days after the purchase until I called it to their attention.
