I would have had a painless purchasing experience had it not been for Equity Title. Several issues along the way: 1. They did not communicate closing cost at my final signing therefore I had to scramble to get a cashier's check at the last minute. 2. At times their staff would not help my closing company with basic instructions such as wiring directions, instead, they said "the client should have that" Folks, this is your business and your responsibility. 3. The day I had to drop off the last-minute cashier's check, both of their staff members would acknowledge me, and ignored me the entire time. I felt so uncomfortable and couldn't wait to leave. If you have a choice, do not choose Equity Title.
