Very professional and attentive. Brenda and Sara were very helpful in explaining the process in a a very simple and clear way. They were responsive to our inquiries and when we had questions about the closing process (post signing) and the mechanics/order of operations, they were able to explain in a very simple and concise way. We chose to do an online/remote closing as we had already moved it of the area. The process was very easy and clear. We got a preview of all documentation so that when it came time to close, there were no surprises. All in all, Prestige made me feel like this wasn’t something we had to worry about.

An escrow service is pretty much an escrow service....except when they will only accept payment via a wire transfer. I wanted to deliver a cashier's check. Nope. Just a wire transfer...at a cost to me of $30. Seems to me a business that will be evaluated by its customer might want to accommodate a reasonable request from that customer. If I were you I'd ask your agent to use a different escrow service.
