Brickstone Escrow

Simply amazing. Chris and Sydney are clearly tops in the field of escrow. Excellent.

This was our first time buying a home and I must say I am very disappointed in the process. Brickstone was our sellers escrow company. They charged several unnecessary fees and did not have much of an explanation for all charges. Communication was not that great and closing escrow took forever. We were instructed last minute to go to the office and sign closing documents (rather then notary because in person would be faster). We dropped everything and went to the office to sign paperwork, we even paid $30 for a same day wire fee. Almost 3 days go by and we send an email asking if why we have not closed. We got a very vague answer, and it was discovered that escrow had filled out paperwork incorrectly. Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience this caused us, they did not take accountability at all. This completely messed up our moving plans. If we did not follow up, escrow would have never known that they made a mistake. Unfortunately, I wont be using this company in the future and I have informed all of my friends and family who are buying and selling to not choose this company as well.

Good escrow company. However, tended to pad things in estimated costs a little too much (I guess they wanted to be conservative?) Nevertheless, was honest in their costs and had a great and smooth escrow experience.

Chris was our primary contact, however we were given assistance by several others in the office when Chris was unavailable. Chris, and the entire office was very organized, helpful and always found answers to our questions. We would recommend this office for any and all Escrow services!

Got the job done. Felt they were pushy and not very friendly when visiting on site. This escrow was the seller's choice. In the end. The deal happened. Personally, not recommend.
