Roxanne was completely unprofessional. She scheduled five appointments with us & she canceled once to help move her office. Another she forgot and another sent her sister. I know we are elderly but we cancelled plans to meet with her twice. The most egregious mistake she made was not finding a large debt against our estate until after closing. My husband is under hospice care & this certainly has not helped his peace of mind. We hope that she isn't allowed to subject others to this behavior.
