Valley Oak Escrow

Golie was sometimes slow to return emails but otherwise professional and trustworthy, I wouldn't have a problem working with them again.

They are good at what they do

I had very little interaction with Valley Oak a Escrow, but every time I needed something they were slow and unresponsive.

The escrow officer herself was just ok however, her staff who we dealt with predominately (as she seemed to want to avoid talking to us) was incompetent and lacked communication skills. A few times we called to see how or what we can do to close on time (as the lender had some set backs) and her staff expressed frustration at being presented with different "scenarios". Additionally, the entire team showed no desire to be aggressive with the lender in closing the deal. Ultimately, we closed on time only because we were very aggressive with escrow and the lender and basically "annoyed" them to making it happen on time.
