They were great, very knowledgeable on the subject matter. Every one worked on this was very professional and truly wanted to help me to get it done correctly. This house had a creditline opened over 20 years ago, and had been sold over 10 times since. They worked relentlessly and was able to get to the bottom of it to ensure no delay in the settlement. Evn after closing, they updated me on weekly basis of their progress and money was credited back to us a month after the closing.

I would not use this title company again. Although everyone was nice, some things fell through the cracks. For example, the payoff amount was different on 3 versions of the ALTA. Also, I was charged extra settlement fees that should have been charged to the buyers because their financing issues caused a delay in settlement. When I spoke with the person who prepared the document, she said the attorney told her to charge it to the seller (me) but that they "should have thought about it" first.
