The closing on my house went very smoothly. Virginia Title kept me up to date through the process and everything was handled promptly and efficiently. The virtual closing couldn't have been easier. I would definitely recommend them!

Great transaction! They were easy to work with and flexible for my out of state sale and closing.

Some of the staff could be more customer focused. Wasn’t impressed.

Worst service ever that i have received, Mecedes and there team are worst. they have to be reminded of what they are doing and how they should be doing it. As a seller and a buyer, my closing purchase and new loan got skipped by a weeks because of them not giving me a CD which was needed by my loan officer and was already informed to mercedes and team well in advance (2 weeks). They dont answer over emails or phones either. My selling agent rheema and her associates were trying to reach them over phone and over email as well they had no response... They also had typos for my wife's name on the day of closing. As a seller over emails they never addressed my name correctly. We were told that they are going to record the same day as closing and i was expecting my wire to my account the same day, they screwed up there as well, which resulted is my closing to be delayed. As a seller I would not recommend them to any one. I am not against Virginia Title as a company and i have seen some good reviews but the staff at manassas office lead be Mercedes Jackson including her is not fulfilling there job.
