My husband and I had an outstanding experience working with Mr. Wittman, and we whole-heartedly recommend his services as a handyman. We contracted with Mr. Wittman to address some contingency items we had agreed to in the process of selling our house – repairing and sealing cracks in the foundation, removing and reinstalling a section of insulation in the basement, and installing a high-loop on our dishwasher drain line. Of the three contractors we consulted with on these issues, Mr. Wittman proved to be the most straightforward and reliable. He read the contingency agreement carefully and worked with me to determine exactly how to address the issues to the satisfaction of the buyer without going beyond our budget. He worked at our house primarily while it was unoccupied, and he communicated clearly to us when he was there and what he was working on. He was highly responsive by phone, text message, and email, which we appreciated immeasurably in the time crunch leading up to closing. He came across as both competent and conscientious, and he was absolutely a pleasure to work with.

John was excellent. He is very reasonable with his prices and completely honest in his recommendations. He also clearly explains what he is doing for your benefit. I have a very easy time recommending him for anyone looking for a handyman.

John was great. He did quite a bit of work around our house in preparation for selling it. Then, once we received the home inspection report from the buyers, John provided us with a detailed overview of what exactly the home inspector was recommended, and he recommended how best to fix them. All of this, while he was on vacation and for free. When John came back from vacation, he fixed nearly everything that the home inspector was recommending! He's knowledgeable, an honest broker, and takes great pride in his work. He'll do the job better than anyone, and will see it through. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for a handyman.

He was originally scheduled to make one repair, but while he was there, the inspection report came in, and he took it upon himself to fix as many things on the list as he could within the price and time agreed upon. He even called after he was done saying he had done research that night on one of the items he did not fixed to provide advice on what I should do. Not only would I recommend him to others, I already have.
