The photo and video images of our home were excellent, captured the charm in daytime and nighttime shoots. The printed material / brochure was well done and displayed the home in beautifully. The online MLS and Redfin platforms were laid out extremely well, captured over 1000 viewings in less than a week and we believe drove buyers and offers to our front door immediately, and a contract within the first week. The only regret is we did not hand out the marketing brochure as it arrived after the ultimate buyer had toured the home twice and submitted a contract bid.
