I was shocked to read this client’s review. I've reviewed the file in an effort to understand his comments. I find I consistently responded to his emails within hours of receipt. From my efforts, and those of his realtor, he received a larger repair credit than he told us he would settle for. I did have a family emergency at the beginning of the transaction which resulted in me extending a deadline; however, it had no affect on the transaction and he was informed that I was dealing with a family emergency.”
