Linda was very friendly and helpful when she came for the consultation, and she and Tiffany work well as a team. They were flexible staging my home when a repair needed to be made, and everything showed up on time. The PowerPoint presentation is a bit lengthy and might not be necessary given the other materials, and the cost made me balk a bit -- That said, Everyone who saw the staged house thought it was gorgeous, and it definitely sold for above asking, as they said it might!

Buyers Desire gave us excellent advice on how to prepare tour house beforehand, then they brought the best furniture, artwork and accent pieces that were custom-tailored for our home's colors and surfaces. At first, We were skeptical of staging a home for sale. However, once we met with Linda and Tiffany, we realized the value of putting the wok in to prepare our home for staging. We were able to list our home for more than originally recommended by our realtor. We had 70+ people see our home in one weekend of open houses, and were reviewing offers on Monday afternoon, 2 over asking. Linda and Tiffany were very accommodating and professional.

Would it be overselling Buyers Desire Home Staging if I told you they were magicians capable of turning an ordinary home into nothing less than an extraordinary home that puts Martha Stewart's to shame? No, it wouldn't! First of all, Linda and Tiffany are both absolutely lovely people that are a joy to work with. Secondly, they are so gifted at what they do. They made our home look absolutely fantastic, so much so that we almost didn't want to sell it after they did their magic. But, a job halfway across the country close to family was too big of a pull, so we proceeded with the home selling process. We had an extraordinary amount of interest in our home. We received multiple offers and sold it immediately after it went on the market for over asking price! Buyers Desire Home Staging is completely worth the investment (which was extremely reasonable and affordable in my humble opinion) and you are very likely to make back the money you spend with them many times over. Highly, highly recommended!!!

I was skeptical of staging, but Linda and Tiffany did an outstanding job of staging my vacant home. Absolutely blew away my expectations. They worked with what furniture I had, made recommendations on what to keep/remove, and were very flexible on time and budget. It was honestly remarkable what they did and how quickly they did it.

They worked really hard but were fun to interact with and they actually made our house look better than it ever had with our own belongings, but with a professional eye. They are great designers and really understand flow and space and how to present things. I would love to work with them again to set up our new home, they just make things better!

I was only half joking when I would tell people that Linda and Tiffany saved our marriage. Decluttering a house that has raised a family for 37 years is quite a project. Having a "neutral" party tell us what had to go and what could stay, room by room, meant no fights about that metal bookcase or beloved farmer's bench. We just followed the punch list, got beautifully staged, and, incidentally, really enjoyed them as PEOPLE.

They have a great eye for balance in color, texture and volume -- they can walk into a home, rearrange a few things and instantly transform it.
