Fresh Outlook was a pleasure to work with. She understood our style and helped us achieve the "look" we were hoping for. She helped us make the most of what we had while making suggestions on easy changes to appeal to buyers. After the consultation she followed up and was always available for advice.

Caryn was fantastic! We were still living in our home when the house was staged and put on the market. In advance of that, Caryn came in and assessed our belongings, made recommendations for decluttering, then worked with us to make the most out of what we needed to keep, and added a few small touches. She was available to do the shopping and the staging for pictures too - which made the whole process painless. While you're selling the house and not the accessories, we were so impressed with how a few targeted buys helped to improve the look and feel of the home. Caryn also knows how to work within the client's budget. And, her personal touches about where to add decor within the home and how to arrange it really helped. We kept the house as she staged it during the open house and showings and were under contract in less than a week! While we all hear the term "declutter", I highly recommend working with a pro. Her recommendations were integral in our successful showing and ultimate sale.

We had Caryn help us with staging our home prior to the photos and the 3D scan. You can tell she really loves what she does, great personality and very helpful. She gave us a list of recommendations before she came to stage the house. When she came for her final visit, she even hung up the pictures for us and staged our daughters doll house.

We opted to take advantage of the staging consultation that Redfin offered in lieu of the home repair reimbursement since we were using a lot of our rooms in atypical ways (living room as an office, etc.). Caryn visited our home for an initial brainstorming session, then returned a few days later to help us fine tune and hang pictures/decorations. After our first visit with her, we were a bit overwhelmed with her suggestions. But after we started working down the list and rearranging things the way she suggested, it all made sense and looked fantastic. We would have never thought of a lot of the things she suggested, but they really made a huge impact with relatively little work or expense. I would highly recommend Caryn's services as the best way to get the most bang for your buck in preparing to put your house on the market!
