Even though we didn't do everything she recommended, she helped us stage our house in a way that we would have never thought of. Anna very patiently walked through every room in the house prioritizing major to minor changes. She was incredibly honest and budget conscious so we used what we had to stage. We are very much do-it-yourself-ers and before getting Anna, we would have done a ton more work than necessary. She helped validate some of our hesitations, and we felt we totally got our money's worth since she guided us towards which projects really impacted the look and feel of our house, while others were unnecessary. The only thing we would have done differently was to have Anna come earlier than 2 weeks prior to launch date; her advice would have been handier a month earlier. Overall she was spot-on with her taste and spendthriftiness.
