Our closing ran late due to the Closing Agent having some previous closings that were lengthy. However, when it was time for our closing process to begin it was organized and went smoothly.

I did not feel as though I received the individual attention that I deserved.

The experience with Chicago Title was phenomenal. As a first time home buyer - Melodee and Virte were able to guide our way through the bulky process of getting our first home. Virte and Melodee were great in explaining all the facets of home buying that were new to my wife & I. Overall, anyone who doesn't ask questions and get answers before agreeing into a mortgage - needs to. Virte made every effort to ensure my wife and I were completely informed of what we were signing. Enough great things cannot be said about the Chicago Title Staff and we recommend the services provided to us. Virte took time out - even after hours, to have discussions with us and to finalized the paperwork that was initially rejected by the lender. They provided a fantastic experience.
