They were late taking us back. Our appointment was for 830 and I think it was nearly 9 by the time they called us back. Additionally, even though our lender wired the funds to them the previous day- Moore and Alphin were unable to locate the wire and would not give us the keys to our home. PennyMac is a well-known and respected mortgage lender. They had no reason to suspect the funds were not sent... This coupled with them being late- pushed back our move and set our entire day behind.

As a former attorney, I was less than impressed with their assistance. Their fees were low but their services were limited, and not just because they represented the seller. I would have expected a paper deed to be sent to me (but I had to print it or incur fees!) and also I would have expected a title policy commitment updated close to closing. I did not get it. Anyway, I will not use or recommend them though the people were professional and kind.
